Writing Lab

Course Description

You've probably seen that we'll be in online learning mode until at least April 17. It will be an adjustment for everyone, but here are the basics. I will post an activity/assignment every day by 9 a.m. to the school website and/or D2L. You will have until 9 p.m. of that day to complete the activity and submit it in the requested form (most likely through D2L, but I'll always instruct you of my preference). This will allow us to count our online learning days towards our school year, so it's imperative that you keep up with everything. Again, it will be an adjustment, so please reach out to me with any questions. I'll be available throughout the day to help you navigate this transition.

If you don't have another project you'd like to work on, free write for 15 minutes. You may write anything as long as you write the whole time. Please type your free write and submit it to the assignment folder in Microsoft Teams by 9 p.m.

Have a good summer :)

HEADS UP: I'm moving the assignment submissions to Microsoft Teams. This will let me keep everything in one place instead of getting dozens of emails at random times. Free write for 15 minutes. You may write anything as long as you write the whole time. Please type your free write, and copy-paste your daily progress into the body of an email.

Continue working on the evaluation essay final draft. Please highlight your edits and additions, then submit as an email attachment. I'll be available throughout the day, so please email with any questions you may have. If you'd like, we can set up a time where we can chat on Microsoft Teams. This will allow me to answer multiple questions in a short period of time.
