All students will complete their advising appointments through Teams as scheduled. You will receive a Teams virtual meeting link from your advisor 1 - 2 business days before your appointment. Please check back for further updates as your appointment time approaches.

I never received the link to the virtual meeting
You will receive the link 1 - 2 business days before the appointment.
Make sure you have checked your student's CEC email for the link. It will look a lot like the email from Acuity with an extra link at the bottom. If you are still having trouble finding it, please contact the advising assistant, Emily Park and we'll walk you through how to access the link.
Also be sure to check the calendar section of the student's Teams application. The meeting will be visible there. Click through and hit join in the upper right hand corner at your meeting time.
What about Accuplacer? SAT?
As the situation with COVID-19 develops, the College Board is making decisions to cancel testing dates. At this moment, remote testing is not available for Accuplacer. Our testing coordinator is working with the Colorado Department of Education and we will update you as more information becomes available.
We can no longer make the time that we originally scheduled. What do I do?
In your original confirmation email from Acuity, there is an option to Cancel/Change your appointment. You will be able to pick a new time from that link and it will automatically be changed. Contact Emily Park (970-377-0044 ext 118) if you need to make changes to your appointment less than 24 hours in advance or if there are no available spots within your priority group.
