The document below will guide you through how to access your advising appointment through Teams. If you have issues connecting with your advisor, please email email@example.com or call the advising desk at extension 118.
How do I make an appointment?
An email was sent out to parents and students with links to sign up with their assigned advisor. Please make sure you are booking one appointment per student, using the student's name, within their graduation year. Appointments scheduled with the incorrect advisor or in the incorrect graduation year are subject to cancellation.

Where can I find the available classes?
The CEC on campus classes can be found in our Course Catalog on pages 4 & 5 (note, classes are subject to availability and not guaranteed). The on-campus course grid will be available for viewing at your advising appointment. Aims Spring 2021 class schedule will be available to view through your myAims account starting on September 28th. FRCC Spring 2021 class schedule will be available through your eWolf account starting November 2nd.
What about Accuplacer?
The finalized format for our Spring 2021 Accuplacer testing will depend on school reopening status, though virtual testing will be available regardless. Keep an eye on your CEC email for an invitation beginning in early October if it is required for your Spring schedule.
I never received the link to the virtual meeting
The link to join can be found in the confirmation and/or reminder emails you receive about the appointment from Bookings. If multiple people need to access the link, those emails can be forwarded. If you believe you entered your email incorrectly or are otherwise unable to find it, please contact Emily.Park@coloradoearlycolleges.org
We can no longer make the time that we originally scheduled. What do I do?
In your original confirmation email from Bookings, there is an option to Manage your appointment. You will be able to pick a new time from that link and it will automatically be changed. Contact Emily Park (970-377-0044 ext 118) if you need to make changes to your appointment less than 24 hours in advance or if there are no available spots within your priority group.
