Corina Pike teaches Spanish 1 and 2, Interpersonal Communication (COM 125) and Public Speaking (COM 115), and leads the World Languages department. She has an undergraduate degree in journalism with minors in Spanish and marketing from the University of Wyoming and a master’s degree in communication theory from the same school. She speaks Spanish, Romanian, and some Italian and French. She taught public speaking at the University of Wyoming and English at Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics in China. She has traveled extensively in Europe, Asia, and South America. Ms. Pike likes to share her traveling and living abroad experiences and she enjoys helping students not only learn a foreign language, but also become more culturally aware.
